Teg + Lai LLC is not responsible for any lost packages or delays once the product leaves our possession to any mail carrier including the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Fedex)

During major sales there are no returns or exchanges.
You have 24-48 hours to contact us once your items have been delivered if you want to return/exchange.
We will not accept any type of damage that was made by wearing of the shoe or that was damaged through scratching, cutting, etc.
We will be sure to message you back as soon as we possibly can within 24-48 hours. Thank you so much for your support.
If a return is needed, please send the unworn shoes back in the original packaging back to Teg + Lai. Once we receive the product back we will refund you minus your shipping charge. We cannot refund shipping charges since the shipping carrier will not refund us.
If a exchange is needed, you need to do the same as a return, except you can order your new pair the same day you notify us so we can ship the new product next business day so you don't need to wait for your return pair to transit in the mail. Once we receive the returned product we will refund you minus the shipping charge.
