Refund policy

You have 21 days from the day your item is shows delivered via USPS tracking to return or exchange an item. Items much be received back to Teg + Lai within the 21 day window to be eligible for the return or exchange.

Items must be in new condition with no scuffs or marks on shoes to be eligible for return or exchange.

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

A return must be initiated by emailing Tegandlai@gmail.com with your name, order number and what item you would like to return or exchange for.

Store credit will be issued once the item has been delivered back to Teg + Lai; an exchange cannot be claimed before then.

Due to limited availability, it is not guaranteed that a replacement size will be in stock at the time of the exchange; in such case, store credit may be used towards another item(s).
